Residential
Approval for G+1 and above requires strict adherence to bylaws specifically for residential zones.
Commercial
Includes shops, complexes, and mixed-use buildings. Guidelines include fire safety & parking norms.
Step-by-Step Procedure
Application Submission
Submit building plan prepared by Registered Engineer/Architect (3 Copies) with application form.
Scrutiny & Document Check
Junior Engineer (JE) verifies documents like land deed, tax receipt, and affidavit.
Site Inspection
Technical team visits the site to verify land dimensions and road width availability.
Fee Calculation & Payment
Applicant deposits the scrutiny fee and permit fee based on the sanctioned area.
Final Approval
Executive Officer issues the signed permit and sanctioned map.
